Samsung has officially released ICS update for German users. The good news is that we have managed to install Samsung's ICS German update on non German Galaxy Note without rooting. That's correct, you can install Android's ICS update on Galaxy note on non German Galaxy Note. This is Samsung's stock firmware and installing it will not void your warranty by any means.
